In addition to other purchases from this site, I recently ordered the slip guard band to wear under my tichels -- and it works GREAT. Very secure and no slippage. Can't believe I only found it after wearing tichels for 4 years! Additionally, I ordered a pre-tied from the "surprise" option and was very pleased with the one that was sent. This is the second time I've ordered the "surprise" and always get compliments from them.

I love the 3 button cap. It has elastic in the back. It fits my very small head almost perfect. I wish you would have a petite section for for people like me. I am 73 years old and I am very small. I need petite things to get a good fit.

I received my order for the pretied bandana and the short style snood. I am not very happy with either of these items. The bandana fabric is very nice, but was way too tight, so I removed the elastic and inserted a new piece of elastic to make it fit my head. The outer part of the snood is beautiful and is of a very nice quality, but the inner liner had a rather large split along the seam, which I had to sew up. The snood doesn't stay on my head very well unless I pull it down over my forehead and I don't care for that look. I tried to contact your "chat on line" option, but no-one answered my request to chat.

I loved everything about my order! I loved that the order was delivered quickly, and the quality of the merch was great. I am in love with my basic black wool beret, and love my cotton head scarf. Patterns are beautiful and I love my new head scarves. The problem is that two of the six that I bought have ripped already. I am sending them back to the company and have been assured a refund. I will continue to wear the other four and hopefully will be a satisfied customer when my refund comes.

I was intrigued by the free international shipping, however, I was nervous about paying additional taxes once it arrived in Israel. Hello, I have been using Cover Your Hair for two years now. Simply put, I love their products !!! They hold up well to washing and normal every day wear. The selection on the their site is amazing. I usually buy every month from. I have been very happy both times that i have been able to order from coveryourhair. The products arrived in the promised time. When one item arrived with a stain, the customer service was great and I was able to return the item with no problem. The only problem was that I had to pay for shipping the item back. I was disappointed that they were sold out of the item but that is not their fault.

I would love to be able to say I love the products I bought here but sadly, in spite of 20 working days passing since notification of my order being shipped, I'm still no closer to the goods I have paid for. I don't know what the procedure is now, how long I am meant to wait, or if I will receive a refund. The same day I ordered here, I placed a large order through an Israeli company and I was able to get my goods from them 10 days ago. What is going on??
