I was very pleasantly surprised. I had expected the purchase to be treated as a mass-market product - instead I was quickly contacted about an error I had made when ordering - particularly welcome as the company could legitimately have made money out of my error. My email regarding delivery was promptly and courteously answered and the product arrived in very good time. In fact I thought the service I received was exceptional.

As I have stated on their FaceBook page, I am extremely appreciative and impressed with my monogrammed bracelet and have made it a permanent staple in my everyday silver jewelry!!! And when my sister visited a few weeks ago, she loved it so much, she ordered one for herself!! :) I will order them for my daughters when I feel they can wear them responsibly, too!! Bad customer service: they will not respond in time. Shipping is very slow: no tracking information. I made an order WEEKS before Christmas and it never arrived on time. I tried contacting them before Christmas to see what the hold up was and they never got back to me. It's a few days after Christmas and I'm still waiting for a response.... Their prices might be cheaper but the experience isn't worth it.

I am a repeat buyer, it is a fantastic way to individualise gifts. Very affordable and great quality. My only improvement to the site would be: it would be great if you could update the viewing of how a name will look to include the other fonts available and not just the "Carrie" font.
