Green Van Lines was the right company for my relocation.I was definitely impressed by that because I was expecting some of my stuff to just be thrown into a truck. They were obviously very knowledgable about moving and had some fancy looking equipment used to move things up and down stairs. GREEN VANLINES has got to be one of the WORST Moving companies ever! I'll explain as quickly as possible. Deceiving up front! Packaged decently, looks professional take a good portion of your payment then everything went downhill quickly. On the delivery end...... Everyone box we sent with them was either soaked or hurt in some way. Multiple pieces of good large furniture broken, dented, got holes in it or ended upwet. Delivery guy, 1 driver! Picked up workers on the side of the street to help and almost didn't pay them! Talked on the phone the whole time and didn't help at all! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Did not care and won't even properly handle the fix on this terrible disaster! These guys should be shut down!

I just completed a move with Green Van Lines from Texas to Kansas. I used their full packing service. The movers were great on both ends - especially the guys who came to my home to do the packing. They sent a total of 3 men. Our home was packed within a day and the loading was done on the same day. Padded cushions, crates, blankets and tapes were used to ensure security of the items. Delivery was on time within the 7 business days.

We had scheduled an early morning move with Green Van Lines and I found the movers reaching my door-step right on time. In a mere 4 hours, they loaded my entire furniture and boxes that were already packed, and drove it down to our new apartment safely. Nothing was found unhurt or broken!

I feel really sad for the people who end up getting their priced possessions or stuffs in a broken condition. Off course, the blame should be given to the lackadaisical attitude of the movers. Well, that was not my experience at all. We hired Green Van Lines for my relocation and we feel lucky enough to have moved with them. They wrapped the entire stuff and moved in a systematic way. The entire operation took them 7 business days to move everything. Their professionalism deserves special mentioning. They numbered every box and made sure that every box is accounted for when dropping things off. Hat’s off to your professional approach!

Green Van Lines is the best bet in comparison to the other movers in the market. If I compare their service with the price then I have to admit that they do a lot more than what is deserved. Worth the investment! I used them for my one bed room apartment move and I am pretty satisfied with the way the whole move has been executed. I generally don’t give five star reviews no matter how good or commendable the service is. Well, I believe there should always be a room for improvement. But this adage went wrong for Green Van Lines. Trust me, the mover didn’t disappoint me and neither they gave me any scope to give 4 stars, they just snatched the ratings and proved me wrong. We contacted Green Van Lines a week or so before we needed a heavy cast iron bathtub move upstairs. We set an appointment with them, got the quote and finally the commitments were kept. It was good to see the way our bathtub was wrapped up like a little baby and carried upstairs. No scratch, no damage, nothing! Just a swift, easy move! Mover- worth every penny! When I hired Green Van Lines, I noticed a nice thing. They brought different types of packing materials most of which were not known to me. They brought strong specially made corrugated cartons. They wrapped mirrors with mattresses. They also packed my important documents nicely. They used a distinct sort of bag and stuck labels on it for easy identification. For every delicate heavy item, they used Styrofoam for keeping those safe from on-road jerking. Gummed tapes used for packing were strong enough to seal the cartons tightly. Not only that, notebook, pencil, scissors, sharp knives, labels and markers were used adequately- all denotes how systematic they are. When Green Van Lines guys were about to start up with the packing, they chalked out a nice plan. They packed a single room at a time.
