Awful experience. Always having items added to my account that I do not authorize. When I try to get the items off I still get charged for them. I got charged for AOL on my Bellsouth bill. I called Bellsouth and AOL. Still getting bill. I switch from AT&T; long distance to Bellsouth long distance. I wish I never had. My internet bill went up to $600 somehow it was on 919 area code instead of 910. I called Bellsouth and told them that I never had that trouble with AT&T.; They told me I was still responsible for the whole thing. The sad part is that they knew my bill is usually never that high. They finally wrote me when it got to $300. When that happen I changed the area code but when the finally bill came in it was still over $600. Sorry I ever switched.

They have the worst customer service in the business. I have spoken with 4 different represenatives who said they would add me to my husband's account and it hasn't been done. I have been very kind in dealing with them but they will NOT have my business after my contract expries.

I can't bear to watch the commercial where Nathan is in the dressing room. It is tasteless and crude and has absolutely no bearing on wireless communications. I think you money would be better spent on a better product and better, less rude, employees from what I read in the comments. I know that we would never consider using Bell South Mobility even though we are Bell South phone users. This commercial tops them all.

Bell South is one to avoid. They have rude sales people who are not willing to work with you to resolve problems that they caused. Their answer to everything is to contact customer service. Well, if you thought the sales people were bad, just get a load of customer service. The service is HORRIBLE!!!!! I am overcharged every month and deal with these rude people constantly. I can't wait for my contract to expire.

I am offended by the Bell South Mobility comersial that shows "Nathan" in the dressing room, with the wife or mother stading outside commenting on how he can't have children. This add just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, it doesn't encourage me to want to do business with Bell South Mobility!

Bell Souths policy of "Soc Locking" the phone you BUY is terrible. Eventho you BUY the phone form BS you can NEVER use it again if it isnt on a BS account. In essence they (Bell South) still own the phone. If you want to change companies of move from the Bell South area you have to buy a new phone. The one you already bought from BS will not work.

When I received my phone and attempted to get activation, my phone was indicating I was roaming...therefore I did not approve activation until I could get the "roaming" taken care of. I spent at least 2 hours on the phone with support trying to "re-program" my phone to no avail. I was then advised to take my phone into a service center which I did...I was then advised to simply change my plan to the "superstate", which I did. This all took place approx 2 months from the time of recieving the phone. Two weeks after getting my phone activated (once the roaming was taken care of) I tried to use my phone and it had been disconnected...the financial service center said I was over 2 months past due on my bill even though it had only been activated for 2 weeks. The reason I was needing to use my phone is because my son was in a fishing tournament and my husband thought the weigh in was at 1:30 when it was 1:00...I had to call him to tell him, otherwise my son would miss out on possibly w... I had BellSouth Mobility for a year, and to be honest, I don't understand why anyone would stay with this plan when there are nationwide plans like Sprint and AT&T available. If you travel at all, your BellSouth charges will quickly go through the roof. I drove across the country recently, using my BellSouth phone sparingly to check messages and get work updates. My bill was nearly $500. Need I say more?
